Genetic Entropy Anyone?

I first learned about genetic entropy from Dr. John Sanford's book of the same name, it literally fell off the shelf at a Border's Bookstore and nearly hit me.  I caught the book, bought it, brought it home and read it.  That was an eye-opener.  It would make watching the ending scene from "The Circle," a decade later seem sensible not simply Dali-esque.  Except, Dr. Sanford's conclusion and hope at the end of book was John 3:16 so bleak was the future for this Cornell-trained scientist.  That was a surprise. And then I realized that genetic entropy does not apply to everyone, it applies to those of 3:16.What time is it?
